Meet The Team
Founder
Ethan Stephens
Ethan has been running marketing for companies and agencies for almost a decade. He started a lawn care company and put his marketing knowledge behind it. It grew to the 3rd largest company in the territory. Headcount tripled before Ethan sold. Through that experience, Ethan learned what lawn care companies need to grow. Now he's set to do the same for other lawn care business owners. Ethan gained his Master's degree in Digital Marketing to complement his experience, and created Stephens Turf Marketing in 2026.
Today, Ethan resides in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with his wife and animals.
